What we collect on this site

This site has no forms and no accounts. We don't ask for your name, phone number or email here.

Like any website, our servers receive technical details with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. We use these only to run the site securely and fix problems, and we keep them for a limited time.

When you contact us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, number and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and arrange viewings. WhatsApp and your email provider handle those messages under their own privacy terms.

Maps

Listing pages can show a Google map. The map only loads when you choose to show it. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we'll use a privacy-respecting tool, and we'll ask for your consent first wherever consent is required.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
